How we met

Although they are both from Boise, Caitlin and Colter didn’t meet until their mutual friend Kate (also the officiant) introduced them in Salt Lake in 2018. They both knew early on that this was different and quickly fell into a relationship filled with comfort, ease, and lots of delicious food.

The Proposal

In October of 2025, Colter totally surprised Caitlin by proposing in Ketchum, Idaho at the Sawtooth Botanical Garden. He ushered Caitlin to a beautiful, sunny spot by the pond and popped the question! Afterwards, they were able to spend a relaxing and joyful weekend in Ketchum/Sun Valley.
